I remember watching Bill Dance many years ago. He was one of my heroes. I joined the Army right after graduation in78. Served with 2nd Ranger Bn and did a tour in Germany. Added a lot of new guys to my hero list. Have worked hard all my life and fished as much as I could. I must say that you are near the top of that list and living the life that this old man wishes he could. HOOAH

Douglas is a interesting lake heavily Pressured from weekend angler's to major tournaments and what's wild is how are lake goes up and down very fast in the spring due to being a Highland reservoir it controls the water levels of the lakes on the Tennessee River along with Cherokee and are fish are super sensitive to water dropping because of that. Awesome video and you were doing what most of the locals would do after the water dropped. And it was cool to see you fishing on the lake that is in my back yard we try to fish every day at least.
