国风 in this case wouldn't have anything to do with the book. Look at how the tittle is arranged. In this case 国风曲 means National-style music which of course can be simplified as "Chinese traditional music", whereas 巷 is the actual tittle of the song, which simply means "Alley". And btw, very beautiful and touching song of 2 love-birds. Luo Tianyi is well suited for traditional music and the Chinese fandom are making the most of it.
