+MisteryEevee Gongyu's name is not odd for Chinese because Gong and Yu are 2 musical scales in traditional Chinese music system. I don't believe that they changed her name because it sound like Japanese.

雅音宫羽 read in Japanese would be まさね みやは (Masane Miyaha) which oddly enough sounds like two Japanese first names.

Roughly it means: In my dream, I faintly see THE light blue dress(Yayin Gongyu's dress) flying with the wind I faintly heard somebody is singing with the rhythm far beyond reach You know, Chinese lyrics and poems have lots of metaphors. Thus, it's really hard to translate from word to word and still make its meaning clear to a none native speaker. I've tried my best to explain those two lines in just a few minutes lol.
