I’m a natural red haired but hair going darker and dull as I age I use the rough sometimes as a gloss and sometimes all over I love it looks so so natural no one can tell

If you have a product that is a classic as THE LUSH HENNA, and that is a leader in the market (very difficult to find Henna with 4 different colors, that really look like 4 different colors, normally are all redish) you do not change it. You can create a new line of new red hennas. But it is not bright to change your gorgeous product, that I have been using for 10 years in Chile, just to be modern or break it more easily with the hand. I suggest to go back to your CLASSIC LUSH HENNA, just as it was, and be sure to have a packaging that says it is the ORIGINAL. It is very very difficult to find a good henna and you had it!

We went back to the original formulation but boosted the color with ingredients like Hibiscus Flower Powder in our Rouge for example. I think it’s crazy that you have someone telling us about the henna who doesn’t use the product, I haven’t tried the newest formula, so I cannot say anything about it. But you have so many customers that have used it, or like myself have used the older formulas and you could have them talk about it. I mean really send some bricks to actual lush customers and get their honest review! Are you worried that the newest formula isn’t good? I’ve used the original and the reformulated, you had an amazing product and idk why you changed it. But really get someone who has used the products to tell us about it and show if it truly works. Hell send me some I’ll give an honest review on the new formula! Just don’t use someone who has no idea how it actually works to promote it. That’s shady practices.

Maybe they should stop adding oil because it removes the natural Hannah color. It never worked for me so I switched to light mountain Hanna

Maybe it’s just better if they add apple cider vinegar to the Hannah so I could bring more of the red tones because lemon is very drying on the hair

The formula is still garbage. Doesnt stick and i leave it on for 4hrs. It doesnt even stick to the roots. You know thats bad. I was using lush henna caca rouge for almost 7yrs and the results were ALWAYS amazing and always got TONS of compliments. But now since the OG formula is gone ive looked for yrs for a replacement and been unsuccessful. Ive over dyed and over processed my hair trying to match the orginal lush formula and now my hair is so damaged, nothing will stick. Thnks lush.you just dont understand how much of an impact your changes have on ppl lives. Not only did you change the formula to something worse but you kept the same price tag which is absolutely ridiculous. This product is straight up useless now. Ppl on the site in the reviews have been loyal customers for YEARS and thats how you pay us back for our loyalty. You lost alot of customers, me included. My hair was everything to me. And yes i am this upset.

Is there a reason why it can’t be changed back to the original? Why change something that worked so well. I tried the strawberry one and it washed out so I took it back

@@mysunnygirl4379 lush said they had customers complaining that the bar is hard to break up so they changed the formula. Changed it to something absolutely awful.
