Dropping the pitch down 12 semitones in Granulator is also really nice btw. Especially on a nice rich pad.

Going to try that!! I think that really creates athmosphere and unpredictable artifacts. Thanks!!

I didn't realize you were making Force tutorial videos, Expectaz. Great tip, and very well done, sir! Subbed.

Have made a few in the past but now I’m really into it! You’re a great inspiration @joefilbrun I think the Force is really powerful but you need to get into it yourself. But I think that applies to many synths/grooveboxes

Wow this is brilliant, and opens up a lot of opportunities for very atmospheric timbres.

Definitely!! Ambient music is easy with these effects but also for more energetic genres 😊

I’ve also found that! It does take some cpu resources but definitely worth it

Very nice! I usually put Granulator after Diff Delay in my chain but I'll have to play around with swapping them. And result of the addition of Stereo Width was a huge surprise! Thanks for that!

Yeah that makes it even better! Also the pumper can really do magic in a mix but depends of genre of music of course 😁
@dreamstaticsounds

Nice on the pumper. Another good one for really weird rhythmic effects after a reverb or really on anything is the Filter gate.
@Expectaz
@Expectaz 2 ай бұрын
You get it! And as it happens I’ve already scheduled a video for next Wednesday that includes the Filter gate. Topic of that video is how to flatten pads. I love to flatten a pad with a bunch of effects and then play with the start point to get the most interesting sounds you didn’t expect. Reverb tails and the filter gate are amazing

@@Harlem-Instrumental Thanks!! Yes this works great on the MPC too. Especially if the new version 3 comes out. It looks a lot like the force then

I think it sounds really good. Also the jura is a great synth. Depends on what you want to make. The odyssey also sounds great but it’s a different synth. Also in real life they’re differentx

Ive gotten better sounds by also using the buses

Curious! What is the chain you use on the buses? I think you can have 8+ effects (sends included) and get crazy on the sound. Love to hear it!
