Hi there, it’s such a shame that this one was not to your taste ! I personnally love it as I used Bûche de Noël each year before it got discontinued, so it’s quite a nostalgic scent for me. I have to admit though that the shower gel is more intense on the bitterness and smokiness from the woods, whereas the facial cleanser is more of a soft almondy gourmand scent. It leans a bit into « Roasting Chestnuts » territory which was also very strong and smoky. I stocked up with 3 bottles because I have a feeling we won’t see any of the new gels from the new ranges come back in the future !

I love it too and also think it smells like roasting chestnuts on an open fire; which I really loved. I love the almond scent to it. Honestly it also smells a bit like Play-Doh lol, but I'm really happy with it. I got a small bottle thinking it would smell like cranberries. I was so pleasantly surprised, and am now going to order the biggest bottle.

Yes I really expected to like it but the bitterness is too strong for me. Good idea to stock up and look out for it the sales too. Thanks for watching 🎃

Ive used this twice now and I’m also not a big fan of the scent I love how it looks tho but there’s something about the scent I can’t really explain

I totally agree! I really expected to like it........
