Prolactin levels are a little elevated. This result needs to be correlated with your current symptoms , like irregular periods. Along with prolactin several other hormones like TSH , FSH , Testosterone can also effect the ovulation chances. Detailed evaluation needs to be done by your doctor and the cause is to be determined. @@interpretyourlabtests7734 thanks for ur response, recently(january)i had one surgery, septum resection,after that tis ws my fst period, tdy is 3rd day, and also done AFC scan, scan result Shows everything good,have 7 follicles in left,8 in right ovary, but blood reports only a problem, LH-12.5, FSH-7.11,any chance to getting pregnant?with this condition

. Levels of LH and FSH vary by the day of the menstrual cycle. Please confirm the date and check with ur doctor.

Yes , that's true they will give medication to reset the hormonal balance . In PCOS levels of LH will be coordinated with all the other tests and should not interpreted alone . Please speak with ur doctor Dr K MD

Increased WBC in Semen indicates the presence of infection. Presence of WBC in sperm will decreased the sperm movement and also damage the sperm genetic material . Speak with ur doctor regarding the most likely cause and treatment usually has a good out come Dr K MD
