The last concert at the Wachovia (now Wells Fargo) we were 10 rows from the stage. Sinbad and Sounds Of Blackness opened for him. He always gave 1000% of himself at each and every show. The day he died I was home recovering from surgery. I screamed, then sobbed uncontrollably.😢 His voice is truly missed. From backup singer for David Bowie and Chaka Khan to SUPERSTAR. ❤️❤️❤️

I really miss your voice, Luther. Gone to Heaven, too soon. But our God knows what's best for each individual. God makes no mistakes. All of us have a set time to depart from this world and to live forever with our Heavenly Father. What a blessing. ❤❤❤

Yes I agree Luther was not being arrogant! He was world greatest singer so he was worthy of a orchestra.

This man was extraordinary. Didn’t use an ear piece, he likes to hear the sound as it is. Sure Royal Albert hall helps but he’s breathing taking everywhere. R.I.P Luther Vandross

I love music. I listen to it every day. So I will know a group name, a song and in all likelihood I will know how it goes.I will know the beat as well❤. This song though ,,,,, Killing me softly with his Words,, is one of the most difficult songs to sing. 🎉 So Luther if he is singing this song,,,, which no one even attempts to sing as The Incredible voice of Roberta Flack It's just too hard to replicate. It's soft. It's tender. I don't know with the slow tune, the tempo. Singing at, all these things that need to be in that song to really feel Feel it. Then to contain it and get those words out and suprisingly Luther does it!! While he's doing this song I can only say Bravo🎉 a job well done as few even attempt to sing this particular. Love ballad. Great concert! Thanks for sharing❤ 25:13
