The "Doesn't speak like a nehkharan" part doesn't make sense since original vampires were out of Nehekhara for a long ass time and Vlad, for example, doesn't have a nehekharan accent either.

Love the stoker influence of a coffin aboard a ship of the dead. One of the parts of the novel that also clearly resonated with the creative team behind Hellsing Ultimate.

I’m convinced that the orks and vampire coast are the only ones having any fun in Warhammer Fantasy. I mean Luther taught his zombies to shoot guns and sing. Which do you think he’s more proud of. Vampire necromancer pirate vs Ninja rat men. Why did this never happen? It would be absolutely hilarious to me if they brought him and the other vampires pirates back as the followers of the Ocean god from Fantasy reborn in exchange for soul protection from Nagash. The Deepkin hate them because they tried to bring back their god, and never did yet the vampire coast get near unconditional protection and rewards and all they have to do not screw the ocean god over.

My favorite campaign so far in total war warhammer games. Pulled off a long campaign victory with him in 2 and 3. Sieges are stupid, so simply win every siege by bring 5 units of mortars, which translates to 20 mortars blowing up every enemy that dares to approach the walls. This works both in attacks and defense. Play with the philosophy of the engineer, if gun don’t work, bring more gun. The depth guard are some of the highest dps in the game. The artillery glasses everything, and Queen Bess is a delete that unit button. I love everything about that campaign. I love gun, but couldn’t play empire, Cathay, or dwarfs that well, then I realized, I just need the faction with the most expendable and most intensive firepower, now it doesn’t matter if my strategies don’t work, because I have plenty of money and bodies to experiment with!
