I been watching you for over a year now, but in 2020, sold our home here in the Fort Bragg NC area. Both my husband and I are veterans retired from military, but both are still working at civilian job sector. Anyway we have literally broken ground and cleared land for new construction home. Acre.96 in the woods. I have picked my home 3014 square footage. Now I am picking certain items, I have never been to IKEA, but I am going this weekend yeah 👍. My colors are almost the same as yours. "They're like my friends." I love, love, love that you said that about your coffee table books, it's so poignant and is one of my favorite things you've ever said. I so agree - I've got little stacks of books in different rooms, and then I also have several that I keep open on different surfaces, and every so often I'll walk by, look at what's on the page, and then leave them on a different page. It's those little moments of pure joy! Not only do all my books elevate my space, but it's a different way to showcase what you're interested in, and adds art to the room. This is truly one of my favorite videos that you've ever done, as I can see many of these pieces in my transitional home (I have creams, beiges, and taupes with touches of black pieces, interspersed with a few antiques). Thank you for the great inspiration, this made my day!

I love your material - it has become a hobby! The link for the ottoman today didn't work - it looks like something I could use. As a fan in my 70's, I wonder if you could sometime address how to decorate with modern recliners. I have been searching for a chair side table to go between two light grey clean-lined recliners. It can't be too wide and it would be great to have a drawer for controls, coasters, etc.

Though I would really love to see a small house challenge in minimalistic way with major needs. I own a 1800 sq.
