Frank Ticheli is by far and away the FINEST composer in the Wind Band genre today! He combines gorgeous sonorities, musical excitement and memorable melodies into every work he creates. This is a stunning performance by Eric Wilson and the Baylor University Wind Ensemble. Great music performed GREAT!

Ticheli is great, but Eric Wilson is even greater. And it’s not close. Without a proper conductor, you get nothing special. With an opera-level conductor, you get music that transcends all.
