I've stayed here twice and I'm going back for a third time. It is fantastic value for money. Grounds, pools and beach incredible. Lots of options for food and drink. Food quality overall decent but not excellent, but don't let this put you off. I really enjoyed the food and the amount of choice is impressive. Rooms have wear and tear and are a bit dated and this is the one area that is letting the resort down. Some of the swim up bars also have some wear and tear I noticed. The lobbies are incredible, toilets on site are nice too ( I'm picky about that). Kids club was a hit with my two youngsters and the staff there were incredible. We usually dropped our kids off after breakfast and picked them up for lunch and then spent the afternoons together as a family. There is a shuttle between the 4 resorts on site but we found it quicker and easier to walk ( and thats with a 2 year old and a 4 year old and no stroller). Shuttle is super handy though and we rode it in the evening when feeling lazy but it's not necessary. I only mention this because I've seen complaints that the resort is huge and hard to get around but this is not the case. I recommend looking at a resort map and doing a walking tour on your first day to get use to the paths ( walking through the garden paths is quicker than the main paths). Lastly, I often hear people complain that they can't make reservations for the restaurants. The app they use for the reservations does not always work ( annoying) but if you go to customer services in the lobby, they will make the bookings for you. We were able to book nearly every restaurant for our 10 night stay. This was the case for both my stays, which admittedly was in April and May ( their slower season). I rarely write reviews so I hope this helps anyone watching this video :)

What month did you go around? If you went in early August can you tell me if the weather is good and if the seaweed isn't too bad. I heard the seaweed is bad during august. Someone I'm going with is pretty worried about both the weather and the seaweed.

@@CupilotI went in April (2023) and May( 2022) for my two visits. In April we had no sargassum ( seaweed) but in May we got hit with it the second half of my trip. The beach was completely covered in seaweed every morning and it was pretty bad. The resort was great at removing it but it would keep washing up throughout the day ( there is only so much that can be done ). It also meant the water wasn’t as blue ( it had a brown tinge to it ).

This is not a 5 star resort we got room 9517 and there was no air conditioning and the shower leaked everywhere and had to have 15 towels covering the edges so that it would leak everywhere. The room smelled of rotten mold and dust and felt so musty in the room. They gave us a big dirty fan to help with no air conditioning which was not great. I would never go back here again.
