Really like this house a lot but I see some stuff that should be changed. Wasted space in the laundry hallway: move the laundry area up closer to the bedroom and bathroom doors, put a wall behind it, then use that empty space behind to create a walk-in closet that opens into the bedroom. In a small/tiny home, you've gotta make every inch count. You should also make the bedroom windows into French doors so that there is a secondary means of egress from the house. Only having a single outside door is a safety hazard.

It's a bit too compact. The front door is too close to the dining table. There's not enough room to move around. I guess some of that can be fixed by different furniture selections and placements in the rooms. Or it could also be fixed by taking some of that outdoor porch space to expand the indoor living room space.

Muy lindo pero, el dormitorio demaciado apretado, tal vez menos mesas y sillas o no tan grande en la entrada y ensanchar el dormitorio . Otra cosa UNA SEGUNDA PUERTA!!!! hacia afuera , de costado o al fondo, si el baño estubiese en el lugar del lavadero, en ese espacio puede ir una puerta. Les explico. En su pais no se como es el tema seguridad, pero en el mio se ponen rejas de hierro en todas las aberturas, ahora bién, si se rompe una llave, no puedo entrar o lo que es peor, salir, que debo hacer, llamar a bomberos para que derriben la puerta o hacer harte de magia y usar la chimenea?. Ustedes estarán hartos de esta vieja que pide otra puerta de servicio, pero es que soy cerrajera y conozco por mi oficio lo que es sacar a una persona encerrada con la cerradura rota, pensaron si se tranca cuando surge una desgracia mayor...... piensen, asi van a lograr suscriptores. If this was my house the only two things I would done differently; the couch would be by the window, the tv on the wall n leave the fireplace the way it is. Then where the sink is, I rather have a closet. But other wise, love everything about the house.
