The dry kitchen and the living room brings out a good touch to the house, and like how it is so welcoming to friends Haha, so cute the daughter with the soft toy while getting a drink xD

How much would be the total cost for renovation ? it would be great if approx figures are shared....it will bring down the dreams to reality ...many people will work to achieve it as a reality when figures are known...for example it may cost 3 cr or 7 cr or 12 cr or 15 cr ...as per that we will work and plan ...pls share the budget

Eco sanctuary is the smallest land side amongst the 4. But its the best designed township compared to the rest of 3. But i wont vouch for the workmanship.
@JianTyngLee2 жыл бұрын
@@linustw Totally agreed. I reckon Eco Sanctuary is the most expensive (per sqft wise) compared to other Eco World project. And for that price the workmanship is questionable. I got leakage, uneven wall plastering, misaligned door/windows slowly creeping out within 2 years of completion. But gotta say the community, security and landscape is very satisfying.

I am curious how did the owner get approval from the JMB/MC for this level of renovation in a stratified development. To swap the guest bedroom and kitchen to the other side, surely the back facade would have changed too. The side patio roof is also so close to the border with his neighbour. Not forgetting that his house is now missing a few balconies. I thought the whole idea of a stratified development is to achieve a clean and uniform look throughout the area?
@imckchan92862 жыл бұрын
ecoworld is pretty lenient due to high request from the owners
@ws44122 жыл бұрын
Don't confuse Stratafied bungalow unit and normal Stratafied link house. These are different level of owners, they tend to get get what they want. I know a few high end Stratafied living that allow extension as long as facade colour and theme remains same.
@hop31062 жыл бұрын
Your designs are very beautiful and functional. However, the video editing leaves much to be desired. The scenes changed too fast, I have to constantly pause the video to look at what the rooms look like, and that significantly lower the viewer's enjoyment. Furthermore, you never showed a comprehensive house tour, making it harder to imagine the whole layout. In the beginning, please take 1-2 minutes to show a silent full house tour (from outside to inside, room to room, floor to floor), then you can start explaining the details later.

The architecture of the society is pretty dull and boring. They want to emphasize on green living but the landscape is pretty much curated to the point which seems like 'un-natural'. Landscaping can be done in a natural way which would actually promote being one with nature.
