Great video as always guys. I viewed this house last week. Very unusual layout. My only comment to the owner was he should remove the chandelier in the living room and put a sky window to bring in more natural light. I was told a much higher price than you guys….

I viewed this house when it was raining and noticed the water comes into the garage as in this video , my only comment is the price keeps going up as it is advertised for 9,900 000 now you are saying the price is 10, 900 000 what going on.

Thanks for your comment. It’s quite usual for new projects that early investor can get a better deal than later buyers as they carry higher risks than if the project is almost completed.

These properties will not be selling anytime soon my friend I have been following properties in Pattaya, and also most of Thailand, and these prices seem to be pulled out of the owners hats ,and they apparently wear many of them ,so they keep changing like the direction of the wind. Thailand property prices are inflated big-time for the most part and you should definitely keep that in mind if you’re considering purchasing and start your negotiations very low as they are starting their price point absurdly high. It's best to have a kitchen door; however good your extractor is, it can't remove all cooking smells - & may make some noise.. That's what puts me off those Multi-Million Dollar open-plan 'spaces' that are so common now. That said, I don't always remember to close my own kitchen door!

That’s why they have another thai kitchen for doing the heavy cooking where you can close the door. The other one is more like a show kitchen and to serve drinks of course.
