Great house, hopefully the build quality is good as well. Btw, not wearing shoes indoor is not only common in Asia but also in many European countries. And to me it’s just common sense to not wear dirty shoes indoor.

Im looking for a property in this pricing range, i was born in the Netherlands, bought a house in Spain ten years ago but the winters are too cold and its not the tropical vibe i always dreamed of. Thailand has it, but idk if I would choose Pattaya in specific..i dont know, but i will visit in the future to see if it can be up to the challenge. Although, as most people know buying in Thailand as a foreigner is a huge task. I would probably rent first.

Why you not explain what the roof construction is consist from. What material is used for the roof? There is indeed a lot light come into the house but that means the sun have plenty of possibilities to come into the house too. So it will heat up the room a lot. So that means closing the curtains.!! No comments at the design because that’s beautiful.

Thai construction rarely uses materials like timber on the build, the roof is constructed from steel beams & solid concrete! As you mentioned there is a lot of natural light during the day so perhaps you may have to rely on your AC for that ☀️

We take our pricing directly from the developers and NEVER add anything on top. If you've seen this villa listed at a cheaper price that's probably because it's an older listing/video as pricing constantly increases as the development construction is completed. Furthermore, we always display the highest price point so our customers never feel they have been misled with extra costs (furniture and decorations are an extra charge and this villa starts at 15.95 M THB) We don't make the prices, we sell real estate. To even insinuate we 'scam' people is defamatory and untrue so please next time before commenting remember to be respectful. We are a small business and comments like this can hurt us for no reason.

You should watch to the end before calling them scammers… they cover all the pricing. I prefer how these guys show us the top price point with furniture, others who film this lead you on by showing you the lowest price & don’t tell you there’s another $100k if you want it as seen in the video!

They are one of the few that are extremely honest in all the costs and anything but a scam, very disappointing to write such a comment! Be respectful indeed. They did a complete price breakdown for this specific property.
