Having followed your journey for years and even been part of your first design sessions, I must say, your Denver condo stole my heart in the day, but this new one is giving it a run for its money. I'm counting down the days to the big reveal next week! After 40 years of studying, designing, and scouring for inspiration, I've officially declared you the reigning champion of design. Insist on your recliner. There are many chairs that do not look like a recliner and they don’t have extremely high backs either they don’t always look like La-Z-Boy furniture. And quite frankly people who have back problems that’s the only kind of chair they are comfortable in. My question is how much did all of this cost. Most of us would never ever be able to do it. But admittedly, even watching the work being done it looks really cool Love seeing Scott again and helping you. you have a wonderful family

OMG small world, Rebecca -- my husband and I used to live in that exact condo building in downtown San Diego! (We also currently live in the same suburban area where you used to live years ago). Even smaller world: we were watching the Fourth of July fireworks from that building too! Our friend owns the 40th floor condo with that massive balcony. Se we were literally 30 feet beneath you guys watching the fireworks. They were spectacular that night. The previews of the makeover look incredible and like a high end hotel. Rebecca you could revolutionize women’s comfort if you could design a line of recliners that also look good. I know there are a few out there, but the options are so limited for a modern aesthetic. Maybe the headrest and footrest could be hidden somehow? It is a real untapped market .. plus it would make husbands happier to give up their lazy boys. 😊❤

Finding a white that does not feel stark and is not look yellow has been a challenge even after watching loads of paint color videos. You nailed it with the paint color being bright but soft! Wow.
