Guys!! 1300 square yards in Jubilee Hills itself is 40 crores. If a person can afford 40 crores on land, just visualize his taste to build a 10K sft home. Obviously it will not be cheap. So appreciate such indulgence. We mostly live in 2BHK/3BHK and life is making us dogs. Once in a while stop, relax and appreciate beauty and art. Beauty and art is not only limited to paintings, movies, music. It is a lifestyle and definitely not cheap. Be happy that some wealthy people live in India who can make it happen in India. Otherwise we all are salivating looking at Californian properties in American movies.

My question to you is if you are the owner of that property, will you sell it for pittance just because the buyer is telling some cock and bull stories? You must always consider the intrinsic of value. I am saying that the land value itself is 40 cr which is its intrinsic value no matter what. Then add the built value. You will get my point

Hello Elip Properties, Over the years, you went up a notch, covering expensive homes too in addition to normal properties. Sadly the viewers remained static except a few who appreciate beauty, art. You can see the profile of viewers by the quality of comments. You better separate normal properties from Premium properties by creating separate channel. My concern is after some time you get vexed with comments and stop covering premium properties and I will not be able to watch them. Watching such properties gives me vision as to how I should live if and when I become super rich.

Nice house....but 2nd floor lo lavish ga owner bedroom undi unte bagundedi....it's arranged on the 1st floor. Gud work with the video though....and intha manchi house ki swimming pool miss aindi...so sad
