@Travelwithchris Yes, in fact, I've enjoyed so much that I watched the part for the afternoon tea twice, hehe, the concept of hidden gems in a chest of drawers is really something different and unique than all the other afternoon tea that I had in KL and have watched in videos. That corner is also very cosy with sofa & chaise lounge with a gorgeous hanging chandelier and a beautiful green oasis outside. What a lovely day it was for you with a friend. This used to be the Nikko hotel, a japanese chain. Stayed here a couple of time many years ago, it has the old money vibe lol… but i bet very well maintained its intercontinental anayway

6:15 Little details I know but some hotels will lead you directly to you room and open the door for you..or you can go the wrong way on your own like you guys did. It sounds like I'm being a hardass but I love pointing out small differences in service between high level hotels that really sets them apart. An explanation of what each product was on the high tea when served would not have gone amiss either.
