This is only the second video I've watched from you guys and I am truely upset that I had not come across your videos sooner... mind you I subscribed after watching the first video (Notification gang!) I find that your videos are interesting from start to finish so much so that I had no idea that this video was an entire 35 minutes. Great tours! The only downside is the yard space. We live in S Florida as well but in a older home but with a lot of yard space for the kids. Hoping to move in a few years though. Getting my realtor license as well. Thanks for sharing.

Karen Ley most people who can afford those homes, they are going to be the homes they plan to live in for the rest of their life. So if a couple decides to have children those homes are the perfect size. Nobody wants to live in a small cramped home
