Nice places Jason but definitely not for me. Two things that really stood out in this video was a flashback of a Seinfeld episode Man Hands 😅and the beautiful sound of James starting his bike at the end. Music to my ears 😎

If you turn left when you come out on the beach & walk 3 minutes around the corner you'll come to Buathong @Beach Restaurant which is our favourite place to sit/eat at the Beach. Gets really busy at the weekends when it can take an hour to get your food but a great place to chillax.

@@goodvibespattaya2423 No problem, we walk there (approx. 15-20 mins) from Riviera Wongamat at least once per week so if you do get a unit at the Ananya it's a great place to go for lunch (Food is very good & prices are very reasonable). BTW There are some very nice looking units at Wongamat Tower at the moment, don't know if you've looked there.

Developer owns land on each side of The Cove and claims he won’t build anything, well not until he has sold all the condos in the Cove, he has his own condo that occupies the entire floor 1000 sqm 😩😩😩

Quite spendy, those condos. I stayed in a lovely 2 BR private pool villa next door to Rhonpo market in Jomtien last week. Quite luxurious, and the owner was asking 10 million baht. One gives up the sea view, but man.....for the privacy and luxury i'd choose the villa over the condo. You've shown some other seaview condos that i thought were much more appealing in both view and price. But as always, thanks for your work there.

Cut the price in half and make an offer. Credit Suise are apparently in serious trouble, Lehman Bros all over again. Their a big bank not regional like SVB and last night regional banks in the US fell 25% on average. Property will be 40% cheaper next year.
