I would make one into a wheelchair accessible van. Open up the tailgate A ramp will come out on the right side of the seat only unless you rather swing the ramp to the other side of tailgate. Which will allow the ramp to move from left to right The one rear seat becomes movable from left to right and right to left. The other seat will become your wheelchair seat so you can zoom in and the wheelchair will automatically lock into place by powerful magnets that are electronically magnets. Then when your at your destination. Turn off the magnetical lock and roll out the back.

It looks like a big van (or a minibus) from the outside but it feels like a limo on the inside. Toyota should extend the van to look like a limo. I'm sure it would then be bought by limo taxi companies to be used as a luxury taxi ride as well as Lexus limo. The LM500 is a turbocharged hybrid gas/electric car.
