It is not yet for sale. They should know something in 30-60 days. I would imagine it will go up for sale as a one-year leaseback and will almost certainly sell for around $1 million. If you are interested, you can send me an email to [e-mail] and I'll let you know when I get the details. :)

what were their base prices starting at and lots if you don't mind me asking? Do they have escalation clauses in contracts? Thanks!

Hi Valerie! The base prices are from the $500s to the $700s. They do not have any special escalation clauses in the contracts BUT they are limiting the release of lots and dates of contracts so that CAN escalate the price a bit because you won't necessarily know the base price until you are cleared to sign the contract which can be a month or two down the road from when you actually get to the top of the list. This isn't unique to M/I... in fact most builders are in the same situation in Central Florida
