It appears the house is extremely spacious in the kitchen and living room, but the bedrooms and closets seem smaller for a house with over 3K square feet.

Hey Marlon. Big home. Loving the sound of 6beds 5 1/2 baths. Nice front elevation. Like the view on entry. High ceilings. Would keep the butlers pantry and closet. Spacious living but those ceilings extremely high. Love the 1/2 bath right by the rear door to the backyard. Actually prefer a door to sliders. Always love a covered lanai and a pool please. Lots of options upstairs indeed. Large primary indeed. Great en-suite. Don’t need a tub. Nice size closet. Good size laundry. Great rest of the upstairs. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.

Minneola build would be good potential for investment. 🤔 The tandem 4 car garage option would be a game changer as well. I'm all about the one story, but if I'm the market for 2, this one might be it.

As you see it there in Winter Garden you're looking at mid $900's but can get for $200K cheaper in some other areas.
