I like the structural build of the house as well as the driveway, the hardwood floors, the sliding doors leading to the backyard and the bedrooms. However I would prefer this home to be a business or rental property instead of my contemporary living space if I was to purchase it. It’s not secluded enough for me for the price point but it is a nice listing to say the least and you do your best to provide that on your channel for the audience, I hope you’re not retired by the time I purchase a home from you because I love your videos and the properties lol Thanks for the video Quena Happy New Years❤️‍🩹
