Well, it is 10,000 sq/ft & 8 bedrooms. If you were running a B&B it’d be ok, otherwise too many people in the house for the size of kitchen

the neighborhood is not a nearly a 4 million dollar neighborhood., more like a couple hundred thousand. And the house itself for $4m?? Ha....Not even close, especially in Virginia...More like 1.2m but considering the neighborhood, $895k
