We stay in an incredible off-the-grid houseboat in Coron, Palawan, in the Philippines which floats in the sea near Coron Island. We stay in the luxury Paolyn Glass Houseboat. Staying in the houseboat is a surprise for me as Emilia planned it all for my birthday, and I have no idea where we are going or what we are doing on my birthday.

Coron is rather boring at night, if you like nightlife. El Nido offer much more after dark in terms of restaurants, food, night vibe.
