I liked how there are many different atmospheres in the house, but all inviting. But my favorite was the terrace, it looks beautifully furnished. This house reminds me of the predicament of Hugh Grant's character in the movie About a Boy: how do people cram in time for work in their schedules? I think about the time I would spend in each part of the house and then, there's the pool and the beach and the bike lane. The outside colors very Mediterranean, relaxing.

Nice property, not sure about that major roadway. I would probably get hit by a car trying to cross it to get to the beach. I’m thinking if you Stefanie walked me across it every time your beauty would stop the traffic and I could cross safely. When I put my offer in I’ll make sure that is part of the deal! Cheers Kirk
