Hi there 👋 well it's absolutely beautiful on outside especially the garden and pool also the canal !!! the property alone has got to be why its this much money ... the house is nice but not really a house More like separate spaces someone will love this for sure .. thanks for the video 😃✌️

My pleasure. This property is one of a kind. The owner is moving to LA to be close to her daughter. She designed this space with an architect. I LOVE how unconventional it is. It will go to a truly special buyer, for sure!

It’s located on a canal. When I get to the back of the house, I show you their dock with their boat in the water. This canal leads you to the ocean 🌊 You can also see in the still shots from the drone photos!
