Very, very nice home. The steam was a good extra. Steam room is something I didn't know I needed but now on my list 😅. I would remodel the kitchen with larger island and sink. Backyard is nice although would eliminate basketball court , add pool and privacy fences with trees . Brick home is a must have. Yes, the previous occupants do seem like the where living the life with the wet bar. Neighborhood looks quiet ,another must have Price is excellent. Also would expand office and laundry room. Too bad about the squatters, also a problem here in California. Again thanks for showing different types of homes in different neighborhood with different price range. I have a question: there was a home in Mc Donough that was shown on your channel and the home was slightly bigger around 6 something square foot with basement, don't recall the acreage. Both this home and Mc Donough layout and style of home was the same with same about of bedrooms and bathrooms. The home is Mc Donough was around the 750.000 price range, if that because of neighborhood?

The carpet needs replacing. The driveway needs repair. Backyard needs big repair. The Primary is two rooms converted to one. This house was an entertainment center. To renovate it back will cost close to 200k. Redo Primary with the proper tub/shower area. Repair/replace electrical, pluming and hvac. Repair/replace deck off primary or get rid of it. Major roofing repairs. When was it built? What is the asking price? What is the average price of the neighborhood?

Nice house but not for over 500 grand. That’s a half a mil for a house built in 2012 😂 my cousin is building a house in Savannah ga for 400 grand and I think that is way better than any renovated house. This is crazy.
