I loved the IGTV live, the only problem I had with it was that in some areas there were glitches/connectivity issues.. My favorite part of the house was the onyx fireplace by the entrance hall, all the furniture pieces, the lush bedroom carpets and my ultimate favorite the cinema room🔥🔥

Wonderful well presented video. I just wonder who priced it at R20mil? It does not really seem like much. It looks like a really small guest house, but that is probably because it's in an estate. I don't really see the 20 mil. I know the backlit stone walls are expensive though, but there are not that many. The most I would pay is 9mil.

Great question, Niël. I’m not the listing agent so I don’t know the details. I’m just guessing - a bluline kitchen of that caliber, upstairs bathroom ditto, backlit onyx elements, cost of SBE Architects per sqm, high level of finishes, full furnished sale as well, and price of land…and that’s just what I can think of. Now whether it’ll eventually sell closer to this advertised R20m or your R9mil remains to be seen. It’ll likely be the former, in my humble opinion🤗
