I always disable the autopilot at around 1500 feet if the runway is in sight. It's much more fun to hand land the plane!

Hi mate. I am an avid Boing pilot (sim). I have found the Airbus too different to fly. But I must say you have just brought me back to Airbus. The tutorial was nice and easy to understand and no hype was added. I want to thank you for bringing me back as I previously flew the Airbus but had lost my knowledge over the years.
