1:44 I’m not familiar with the A220 but usually airliners do not retract flaps until 1000ft HAA. Retracting flaps before getting to 400 AGL seems like a big no no.

This plane flies very well using the GTN750 to get the route right with SID and STAR and it also calculates the T/D. I have made 4 flights, everything perfect for 18 dollars. We have a nice A220, we need better paintings, well done and with all the details.

@@TiJayFLY If GTN750 is very good and very easy to use, everything is very simple and you don't need to use the FMC as well and you control everything from the GTN750 Complete route, descent, approach, everything, ILS, VOR, RNAV etc. is wonderful.

Very good as always. My only weird issues were that it took several attempts to get the dial to work when setting the ILS frequency, and when I set flaps to full the auto throttle set the engines to 100%! Otherwise it was a very easy plane to fly, and the fps was excellent.

I noticed the flaps bug too - it's like there is an invisible notch that forces it into go around mode. This is easily fixed by just reducing the flaps by one notch (although the flaps actually stay at full as intended), and everything then behaves as it should. The ILS selector has an inner and outer dial. I tried to show it on the video but it's fiddly.

@@TiJayFLY It’s the from the checklist provide by the plane itself on the lower screen. You can also choose to have the inner-checklist displayed on the middle screens too!

@@boyermchristopher1 it’s normally all managed by the FMC, except altitude, so you won’t need to adjust anything - as shown in this video. If you need more help, the EFB actually contains tutorials - click the “?” icon.

@@agentlego340 yeah the PFD is based on Boeing so ILS information appears automatically (assuming the frequency is tuned as shown earlier in the video). Then just hit APPR as shown to follow it.
