In Ten hag’s case, there isn’t this love. We don’t feel anaything. Man united fans are divided in two fans groups since he cane with his altercation with one of our greatest legend, Cristiano Ronaldo, who tried his best to put the club that he loved in the highest position. Ar the opposite, Ten hag keep having issues with half of our players and that’s a Real Problem that is preventing the club of advancing. Ronaldo - Sancho - De Gea - but even Caseimiro - Varane and for those who don’t know Rashford and Antony at a moment A coach can’t comport himself like this. He lied about sancho in public to medias, sancho said publicly that it wasn’t true and he forced sancho to apologize while removing him out of the team. So Sancho went to Dortmund where he is shining now. He isn’t the coach that we need unfortunately, we don’t loose games, we do worse, we get humiliated and sometimes by little clubs that is what is painful. Upon that, we keep breaking our worse records of the club since august 2022 (exactly when Ten hag came). He unfortunately after each defeat says « we played well and deserve to win » without looking for the real problem to make us progress. He has no any philosophy of game. Sometimes he will even point a player (who had a bad game) publicly instead of defending him as every coach does in fromt of the medias. Since he came, the disrespect man united are experiencing in stadium, in the medias and even out of England is insane. The club has really felt down and worse, we can loose the respect of every oppostite players if we continue like this. I have never seen someone such disliked. Sir Ratcliffe can’t build the new football era he would like without seperating himself from Ten hag. To be honest, he is the worse coach I have seen in Premier League history (his attitude towards his players/opposite teams also and his incompetence makes him the worse). Next season, we have the chance of getting a lot of good players but also good coaches, as Xavi, Kompany, De zerby and a lot more. I know we will do it. Very complex situations. I'm an Arsenal fan and I really want the rivalry between us to be revived. Man U vs Arsenal then was the Premier league version of el clasico of La Liga. One of the best coaches the world has ever seen. He was one of a few coaches that could manage a massive upheaval in a club and in that time still being competitive to win anything there is. If there's one constant theme since even before fergie left it's not getting the players the coach wants. we have splurged on big names but we have failed to find the diamonds and to identify the stars before they got big. whenever we were in for young talents we'd lose them if there was any type of competition, and the replacements would be significantly worse. our recruitment and talent aquisition needs a serious overhaul but thankfully at the moment our academy is stepping up. where would we be as a squad without recent academy talents in rashford, mctominay, garnacho, mainoo. Man Utd has serious problems in its management and its system of development collapsed the moment Sir Alex left the manager role.. Man utd believes that money can buy the best on the market but for some reason didn't happen .. Recruitment was poor and besides wrong choices,signings poor players and paying them 100 million dollars . MAN UTD brings top managers and after some time few of the best get sacked out faster than they came... Almost complete structure of this great club is shaking...From the base! There is no.magic in this business.. There is no results over night and if anyone knows this it is Man utd.. Once you know how hard it can be when a club is in crisis,then you need to change many things if not everything . Look at Liverpool almost 30 years dry..it's hard once you are down to get going because it's not only that you fixing your situation but you need to stay in line with other big clubs...
