Pastor Roger's hits this spot on, especially when he speaks of those who believe in miracles. We see so many of these TV churches were every single program entails so called miracle healing. Those congregations believe in those miracles and not in Christ. These churches are all about wealth and health. They are told that God wills these things for them. No, he actually does not. For His own purposes God allows financial struggle and illness in the lives of some believers. Notice I said He "allows." That's because God does not CAUSE these struggles. Instead, He uses them for our good.

This November I will have been saved 31 years. Not long after I got saved I started listening to Pastor Rogers. I have preached God's word for the past 28 years and I still listen to him so as to get fed. Yes, we all need to be fed. When Pastor Rogers went to be with the Lord in 2005 in one way I was sad. Also if you look again at my comment you will see that I was saved before I ever listened to Adrian Rogers. As for his sermons, they are not liked by a lot of people today. He preached heaven and hell, living for God or living for Satan. No wishy-washy middle ground like a lot of the new age doctrines. ( Which are not true doctrine because they do not line up with the Word of God.) And he preached Jesus and His cross being the only way to salvation.
