I just want to recommend and say THANK YOU to Lucy!! I did all her trimester workouts during my 1st pregnancy and my body completely handled giving birth to a healthy (and ginormous) baby! (all while having pcos). I really believe the exercises helped immensely. I appreciate the work that you do!

I have been doing Lucy's workouts for almost three years by now. Including the pregnancy sets. My first baby delivery was slightly easy as well as getting back to my normal size. Thanks Lucy..

I really liked the 1st trimester workout and now that I'm in my 2nd one, I've been doing the 2nd trimester workout! I do your exercises 4 times a week and I feel great! My legs are toned and I feel fit just like before pregnancy! I love your job and I'm really looking forward to seeing more prenatal exercises!

Hi! So I am completely new to your channel, and I just did the walking workout video and loved it! It was exactly what I needed. I am currently in my 2nd trimester, so I decided I'd go ahead and do this one as well. I scoped it out first, and everything looks great with the exception of one exercise. I have diastasis recti and am wondering if the exercise where you're on all fours extending one leg back is safe for me to do. I was under the impression that I needed to avoid any exercises that will put pressure on my abdominal area. Thank you!
