I’m so so so supportive of you having your implants removed, I am a specialist radiographer and having implants is not very good from a diagnostic point of view as it obstructs your view of the breast tissue and can hide benign or malignant masses! I encourage you to discuss this with your surgeon so you can make the best possible choice for yourself!

Is this legitimate? I have ultrasounds to check my breasts and never have I had anything like this mentioned, and I'm not a medical professional but I felt like my images were very clear, especially since the implant is under my muscle and completely separate to my breast tissue.

Mint does well at the garden tap. Our tap always leaks just a wee bit every time the hose is on, so the mint plant never goes dry. However, it's probably safer to have the plant potted in order to save it through your long UK winter. So glad you got to see Carrie. I'm missing my Matilda, so, so, so much xox

They will probably thrive a bit more outside as they'll get the sun light and rain water (but will of course need watering too but rain water definitely helps if you forget - which I do all of the time!!). But make sure they're in a smaller pot/planter rather than a big flower bed as they do grow so well!!

If you put mint outside it seems to sort itself out so long as it doesn't dry out, so water when hot. Make sure you keep it in a pot though because as soon as it's loose in the garden it spreads like wildfire! We have a load of wild mint that gets everywhere but makes for a nice smell when cutting the grass 🌱

If you want to grow some mint, always put it in a tub or something. It grows like wildfire and the roots take over the garden. One year we just got the largest container that we could , filled it with compost and put it on the patio full of different herbs, it was fabulous, so healthy. Great to pop out and pick some for cooking. Absolutely love your blog by the way. You are one beautiful lady♥️

Loved this vlog, very natural and so you! Also you’re 100% correct on sustainability. Every little bit helps and counts. You don’t need to be end to end sustainable to make a huge difference, it’s the very small changes that make the biggest difference, and as a consumer footprint..., that’s HOW changes are made in big corporations. Look at keep cups for a perfect example! Have you seen the doco 2040? It’s such an interesting look at changes that can be made an potential impacts. Also you’d be surprised at companies who don’t seem to have made a change but have in some areas through Corporate Social Responsibilities. I work in procurement and it’s so interesting to see some of the CSR plans in place in companies you’d expect little from. 🥰
