I’m so so so supportive of you having your implants removed, I am a specialist radiographer and having implants is not very good from a diagnostic point of view as it obstructs your view of the breast tissue and can hide benign or malignant masses! I encourage you to discuss this with your surgeon so you can make the best possible choice for yourself!

Is this legitimate? I have ultrasounds to check my breasts and never have I had anything like this mentioned, and I'm not a medical professional but I felt like my images were very clear, especially since the implant is under my muscle and completely separate to my breast tissue.

Getting new ones contradicts being eco-friendly as your buying new and throwing out the old which produces wastes. But I could be wrong, I’m not an eco-angel either. ☺️✌️

Loved this vlog, very natural and so you! Also you’re 100% correct on sustainability. Every little bit helps and counts. You don’t need to be end to end sustainable to make a huge difference, it’s the very small changes that make the biggest difference, and as a consumer footprint..., that’s HOW changes are made in big corporations. Look at keep cups for a perfect example! Have you seen the doco 2040? It’s such an interesting look at changes that can be made an potential impacts. Also you’d be surprised at companies who don’t seem to have made a change but have in some areas through Corporate Social Responsibilities. I work in procurement and it’s so interesting to see some of the CSR plans in place in companies you’d expect little from. 🥰

And for your wildlife problems, have a look up local wildlife centres near you - they're always amazing and so helpful! We have one called Oak & Furrows a little bit of a drive from us but they're so helpful when we took a poorly hedgehog there. We were so happy with the care they gave it. Hi again Lydia from Canada. I too really love tending our garden. We've two hummingbirds birds visiting us each morning, enjoying the nectar. Just a tip, have a milk bottle or two of fresh, room temperature water that's been set aside for 4 hrs (gets rid of the chlorine) for the starters you're nuturing. They'll love you for it.
@countrycarousel99184 жыл бұрын
They will probably thrive a bit more outside as they'll get the sun light and rain water (but will of course need watering too but rain water definitely helps if you forget - which I do all of the time!!). Hey Lydia, it's great that you wear SPF, a lot of people don't realise how important it is. I just wanted to point out you should be applying way more. The recommended amount is 1/2 a teaspoon for your face and neck, and it's a lot more than you would think, try measuring it! Also reapplication every 2 hours when outside is key. I personally like LRP Shaka Fluid as it's quite cosmetically elegant. But my absolute favourite is a K-beauty one called Purito Centella (the unscented version) it's very moisturising and it dries beautifully. I buy a few at once every few months from YesStyle online as it's cheaper but there are several UK websites that carry it. Anyway, I hope this helps anyone reading! x

I think mint, like rosemary do better outside, in a larger pot. Small pots dry out faster, and they need the moisture from the air, and inside is too dry. You want mint in a pot because it spreads and grows like a weed. You could have a large herb pot.

You are looking so freaking gorgeous I want to start running ! I can seem to find the Mud wine you drink in Brooklyn , NY . Loving the long vlog, enjoy the gorgeous weather . And like you, putting a good outfit and shoes does brighten my day . Love you 😘

So glad you are getting into your running - I run 10K every day and sometimes 8K twice a day & I am 52yrs old. It keeps you healthy & clears your mind ready for the day ahead. p.s your brows are right for your face - if someone else what's pencil thin ones let them have them on their face xx

I purchased my mother in law the Aerin perfume in ‘Rose Cocoa’ you mentioned before the holidays. She gets sooo many compliments on it! I need to find one in that line I like. Guess a trip into Dallas will be in order to find one.

I used to run in college and honestly I had gotten so worn out from it, that I haven’t run in years. But, you’ve inspired me to put my trainers back on and get out for morning runs!! Thank you for show casing the joys of running so beautifully on your channel!! 💕

I would love you to keep us updated on the implant journey I think you would be surprised how many people are in the same position and would find it useful :) x
