Coco Swan same. My doctor put me on lorazepam for flying. I’d like to transition out of using it eventually though. Previous to being on meds I did do a hypnotherapy session a couple of days before a trip and that worked very well but I didn’t keep up with it. I want to try using CBD oil along with some anxiety management tricks and tips I’ve learned over the years.
