Sharpening workout, the Lydiard Way. Fifty metres as fast as possible, with 50m float and repeat, non-stop until too much fatique sets in. Should only take a few minutes.

Excellent! Done this just yesterday afternoon, 12 X 50m windsprints with 100m floats, heading for a mile race on Sunday. A typical Lydiard scientific Race Week 🍻👍
