Lydia, I highly advise you not to purchase hair products from Amazon. Sadly, many hair products sold there are knockoffs. The Mane Choice has a warning on their website about purchasing their products through Amazon. Customers have been receiving fake TMC products. Your results are really pretty. Personally, I don’t like Jane Carter’s Curls to Go line. My 3b curls didn’t like it at all. I’m glad it worked out for you, 🌻

I used Jane Carter products a long time ago back when it was relatively new. I had pick up some products from Earth Fare. I recall a Shine & Define butter, Mousse and a spray. I wasn't really fond of any of it except the butter as it gave me so much shine. But once I ran out I never bought anymore. I've seen it here and there but never "really" paid attention to it since I'd tried it. However, you did such an excellent job with such detail that I can clearly see the line is not the same. And your HAIR! OMG, your hair is amazing! Curls popping all over the place!💖SUNflowerrrrr💖

I tried these products this past winter based on the review of another curly youtuber. I was so excited to try them. I did a wash and go and I got average results from the products. The smell is amazing, but way too much for someone with allergies. By that evening I was totally stuffy with a runny nose and teary eyes. Had the smell dissipated I would have given them a second chance, but sadly I had to return them to Sally's. I am glad you got the results you did. Sunflower!

🌻Great choice not getting the Curly Cocktail from this line. I have Ethiopian hair like you that’s pretty similar to yours. The cocktail definitely didn’t work for me. It didn’t clump my curls even the slightest bit. It left my hair really frizzy and didn’t allow my hair to accept any hold from my other products. I can see that your hair looks really shiny, compared to your usual wash n’ go with the Curl Maker! I bought the gel a while back but I still have to try it. Thanks for the review!

I think this product has good enough hold for summer weather! Where I live it gets humid in the summer so I depend on my design essentials curl control spray to add a little extra hold so my hair doesn’t frizz up! The Curl Maker is also a summer favorite and year around favorite of mine as well!
