I made it to the end, and enjoyed it all the way through. The growing chaos in your week was reflected in how the vlogging changed by the end of it and I got a real sense of the shift but isn't that the point? I know I’m kinda late to the party...but I’m a runner and I would bet that your shin pain is shin splints! It happens to a lotttt of people when getting into running, my best advice is to make sure you always roll out your muscles (especially in your legs) after EVERY run, no matter how far and stretch before you run! Don’t give up it’s hard in the beginning but it’s so worth it, running is definitely my number one stress reliever! Good luck Lydia! ❤️
