I’ve done 3 years of long distance with my now fiancé, he was doing his undergrad in Leeds, I did it in Budapest, and now we live together in London and getting married next summer. I’m happy it all worked out for you guys too! 😊

It's a big place. Someone from my high school went there (as did I) and I never once saw them during all 3 years of my degree haha. To be fair, she was doing dentistry which is usually in a different building to what most people will use. Maybe if you are doing business you'll spot her =) But most people have lectures in the Roger Stevens building which is where I spot most people I know by coincidence
