Actually, I've thought about this. She deliberately lied to get a colleague to go out and move you on or arrest you; he took her word and refused to investigate the allegation despite you saying you had proof she was lying. This amounts to conspiracy to pervert the course of justice and is a serious charge that carries a penalty of imprisonment. Base your complaint and civil suit on that and they should offer a settlement of at least £5000. You could even demand the CPS prosecute the both and take out a private prosecution if they refuse.

The law needs to change so when an officer abuses their powers, and then is told they will be sued, they always reply 'that's fine' because the payment from the law suit comes from the public coffers! There needs to be a petition to change the law so that if an officer abuses their powers they need to be sued personally. This is the only way to put an end to the abuse of powers and put an end to stripping the public from their rights. We all need the police what we do not need is rouge uniform wearers illegally abusing the powers they have been provided with.

The auditor wasn’t listening, he’s also a rookie! Listen to the officer choice of words carefully.. the officer said POTENTIALLY you COULD be arrested.. he also mentioned he COULD be detained.. that’s the get out of jail free card the officer will try and use to get out of the lawsuit and complaint.. The officer will claim he was never arrested/detained and always free to leave.. 🤦‍♂️ Next time he should ask the question.. AM I FREE TO GO.. the answer must be YES/NO.. if the officer say potentially, maybe, perhaps.. the court might excuse the officer saying he did not say he WILL/WOULD be arrested or detained!!! The auditor is a rookie.. the officer was playing chess while he playing checkers… he needs to spend more time learning the law.. That officer will compile a PND intelligence report on the auditor.. lying about the danger he pose with the drone etc.. 🤦‍♂️ To delete that report could take years and thousands in legal fees.. hence, you better off being arrested then as part of the settlement get a court order to REMOVE all your records.. Also, that report is shared to all other police forces and government departments.. police will use it to harass him, it cause him problems with other government agencies..

I have been stopped and searched more times than I can count for smell of cannabis despite the fact I have never smoked or drank in my life. Assaulted by police a number of times for stealing my OWN car.. keys snatched from ignition and dragged out.. despite police not even running my plates.. 🤦‍♂️ The very last police interaction I had I was DE-ARRESTED for burglarising my OWN house.. 🤦‍♂️ NOW, I didn’t know I can steal my own car or burgle my own house, or smell of weed when I’ve never smoked before.. see the pattern of these criminals we pay to protect us!?🙄 A law abiding citizen.. I’ve always complied and gave my details to police(BIG MISTAKE) only for my details to be entered into PND, not PNC.. Police National Database is where police store intelligence (mostly LIES) about people.. it took me over 3yrs to remove all my details that I was never obligated to give in the first place as these bastard fought my lawyer and I tooth and nail.. 🤦‍♂️ The vast majority of police officers are pathological liars and dangerous criminals most of them should be in prison not on the streets.. They use clever words like you could be, maybe, might be, etc ARRESTED.. in court the police will MOVE to dismiss your case they will claim it was not a lawful order, they never said you will be arrested or are detained.. and you were always free to leave.. 99% of the time the judge will dismiss your case.. you must get a yes/no answer from the police…

An officer might lie on PND saying he dispute your identity.. it actually stopped a man from renewing his passport for 5yrs as the home office relied on the PND report and had to battle the police to remove it.. Another man was stopped from joining the army because of lies on PND.. he spent thousands in lawyers fees to remove those lies on police system… another case, police mixed the details of a innocent stop and search man with another caught with drugs… if you have a negative search you not obligated to give details.. see what happens when you give details when not obligated to!!???🤷‍♂️ PND is shared by all police forces and all government agencies.. you don’t even have to be arrested or detained.. it’s just mostly lies about people to ruin their lives…

Its very important you follow through on this complaint of that sergeant if you definitely can prove she has lied. She may have given statements or evidence in the past, or may do in the future in court or prosecutions, and judges will convict/ prosecute on her word and integrity as a officer. If she is a proven lier then her statements can not be trusted and the justice system will be better for knowing this.

When I were a lad, a long time ago, a Police Officer was someone to contact when you have something to report, when your car's been nicked, or some lowlife has kicked in your door and cleared off with the VHS video recorder (remember those?) Quite clearly then if he legally had to give his details and did not then it would lead to his arrest.. I think it was very well played to push the officer as he clearly wanted to be woolly about the whole thing so he could say the details were given voluntarily, but I think even any lay person can see it was not voluntary, he even said I dont want to give me details.. No point in getting arrested, police will just leave you in the cell for hours, no bother to them..

Public order. I faced a similar situation recently, a security guard (G4S) acused me of threatening his life which is absolutely untrue. I was subsequently arrested and spent a full day in the cells only to be released without charge. The police need better training it's the lack of funding and overworking them that's causing them to act like robocops.
