For a content creator, standing arguing with them is comedy gold. However, for the average citizen, you should get their shoulder numbers then just tell them they are dismissed, to leave you alone and that further contact will constitute harrassment. Then refuse to discuss further, clam up, say nothing, respond to nothing. Police property is public property and they have no power unless and until you break a law.

They don't care, they're exercising tactics that they are taught without thought as to how their behaviour impacts public image. A large portion of people when accused and overaccused of things makes them want to profess their innocence. It gets people talking so they can attempt to control the conversation. It enables them to either browbeat people into going along with what they want or help gather conflicting statements to help charge a person.

Watching you rip into them is wonderful to watch... The look on the Sergeant's face when you mentioned public transport was priceless, as though they were too good for that mode of travel....... You were correct in your comment about their vehicles and despite their drivel about a right to privacy there has been legal precedent set since at least the mid 1980's which clearly states that a vehicle on a public road, including the interior of that vehicle, is a public place. That is the reason that Police can photograph the interior of a car with a speed camera device and look inside through the windows without breaching privacy legislation.

Unfortunately, although the question of a right to privacy was correctly implied, the uploader was very clearly making an attempt to get a rise from the two officers and ,having been advised of the private property boundary, chose to reenter straight after on the guise of looking at the manhole covers and then made attempts to identify and dox the vehicles of serving police officers, potentially putting them at risk of reprisals by anyone who doesn't want to waste ti e hanging around outside a police station.

Hey constables, he's there to show members of the public how constables talk to members of the public who are NOT breaking any laws, his video showed us that if constables don't like what we are doing they will lie and cheat and try and twist words to make the public feel uneasy in your presence and be fearful that we might be stitched up for NOT breaking any laws, so thanks constables for the continued education with regards to police behaviour and attitudes towards the public. 👋👋👋👋🙃🙃 Cheers PTTP great work as usual. 👍❤️🇬🇧

The demeanor of Inspector Pot Belly says he's ex military and since becoming an inspector he's become accustomed to others doing exactly as he says, he was probably calling you every 4 letter name he could think under his breath as he walked off with his colleague and even more so in the staff canteen, he was fuming. lol. 😆

The police are bound to a hierarchy. When accosted by two or more, you should require them to identify whom is the most senior and address ONLY that one. If they are of equal rank, then it's the one you've been employing the longest. Now you will hold firm control and won't be allowing yourself to be bounced backwards and forwards between them, as here. It's so simple, but I've never yet seen any auditor who can grasp this utterly fundamental point.
