@@sindyd9104 I have a copy of the waiver I had to sign and it tells all about what they did to me. I don’t know how to attach it. I would like to share it with you somehow if it helps. The clinic is in Grand Rapids Michigan. Let me know if you have an email or Facebook. I can message you a picture of, what I went through and explains what I go through. On top of that I spent the remaining two days a week on another IV for a number of vitamins. and then of course I had 100 and00s of dollars of my own supplements that I had to purchase. That went for about five months with the supplements. I still take the same amount but just different kinds.
