After 4 early miscarriages through IVF and 0 spontanous pregnancies over 3 years, I got finally pregnant spontanously in the first month after completing LIT treatment. I have zero doubts this is the treatment I needed. Also all cytokines and LAD checks showed it black on white I needed exactly that. I travelled to Poland to receive it. US is so behind...

I got frustrated with all my doctors when I was in the U.S they did not give me this treatment after 4 miscarriages. Now I understand. My husband and I came back here in the Philippines, find a doctor that will help us and she suggested we have LIT. Tomorrow I will undergo LIT treatment and hopefully, we can have our own baby.

Thank you so much for the valuable information about LIT. I was diagnosed with very elevated pNK and offered IVIG alongside IVF. Had I not come across your video and other KZbin girls in similar situations pointing towards reproductive immunology when one Ivf doctor told me more testing is stupid and had I not changed a clinic, I would not have more options than sticking more embryos into my baby unfriendly body. I sincerely hope it works well for you and looking forward to a beautiful announcement soon xxx

I also had the thyroid testing, which was normal, blood sugar testing also ok. I’ve been tested for blood clotting disorders, which showed protein C & S deficiencies, factor 8 & 10 deficiency, PAI-I 4G polymorphism homozygous, HLA test showed 3 missing KIR receptors. My pNK is 26.3 % the norm is up to 12), E.T. Ratio 25:1 was 17.6 (the norm is less than 15), 50:1 was 15.7. My uNK were normal. I’m trying to better understand those results, especially PAI-1 and KIR on which I haven’t found many information. My husband’s swim up was great, no HLA match. Btw, I’ve had 3 miscarriages, no children 😢. I’m searching for more info on PAI-1 and KIR. I was offered IVIG and some injections (to combat my missing KIR activators, the doctor hasn’t mentioned the name of the medication) and low molecular Heparin.

I'm so sorry for your losses Martina. With multiple clotting issues I would imagine you'll likely need a higher dose than usual of lovenox or heparin. As an example, I have to take lovenox twice a day because I have 4 clotting factors. And then they also want to keep up with my clotting factors to make sure the dose is high enough/often enough. Pregnancy affects your bloods clotting (sends it into hyper-coagulable state) so they should monitor it as the pregnancy progresses. The PAI-1 affects blood clotting, and usually requires heparin/lovenox. Particularly homozygous. And also daily low-dose aspirin. I don't believe I've been tested for the KIR receptors. I need to research them. I hope you got a new Dr after the one that told you more testing is stupid. So many Drs make this whole thing harder than it already is! I'm wishing you the best of luck 💖

Hello. Did you do your treatment in TIJ? If so, did you stay in TIJ? What's the best way to get around? 😊

Great explanation! I’m going to share this with anyone who will hear it. I have a beautiful 8 month old we conceived after three treatments in Nogales Mexico! I hope your treatments were successful. The letter from the FDA found on the Beer Clinic website made it sound like the FDA defined LIT as manufacturing a drug to treat a condition which requires FDA approval. I would love to get involved with a group that lobby’s the FDA to review this. Especially since they are allowing plasma transplants for COVID treatments.

I am really sorry to know you are having trouble to conceive. I know how difficult is to live a SA when it happens, the lack of support and propper answers with the medical field. Working with RSA for long, know how difficult is for a woman to keep strong after several miscariages. Keep strong, I believe you will succeed, you showed to have not rested in looking for answers. I always look for new information about RSA everywhere possible and gladly found your video in youtube. And become really suprised for the valuable information included in your LIT video and the knowledge you have about spontaneous abortion associated to alloimmune problems. This will help you and many others a lot on solving this difficult puzzle. Please look for more information on the mechanism of action of LIT and IVIg, both work great but there is an indication to use them secuentially (if used in the same pregnancy), but not togheter. I always check the way LIT it will work for you before becoming pregnant again, then we if have to use IVIg. Keep strong, you will make it, best wishes and blessings.

Is LIT beneficial commencing at 9 weeks of pregnancy as a preventative of miscarriage? Specialist had said we can do one then and repeat again four weeks afterwards. But if implantation has already occurred then what is it helping? Placenta development?
@riannecastrillo24852 жыл бұрын
i have the same question. I hope someone can help us understand.
@KelliMiguez2 жыл бұрын
It potentially helps with placenta "invasion," which is the blood vessels connecting mother and baby. That process continues until about 16 weeks.

@@riannecastrillo2485 I think it was about $120 each, plus the cost of rhogam shot, which you will need if your blood type is negative and your partner is positive.
