I participated in a clinical trial in the 2010's for ipilimumab (stage 3 malignant melanoma) for 3 years. This bio-chemo-immunotherapy was revolutionary in releasing the T-cells to do their work at "full capacity" from what I understand. Were there side effects? Yep. Still are, 13 years later. But we'll never know how things might have gone without the treatment. I was a young mother and wife, and I'm still here even after being given 50/50 odds. I literally fume when people say "You're anti-science!" because my family and I resisted getting the jab. I DID trust the science. I trusted it with my life. But I was given the opportunity to choose my cancer treatment. I get to trust the science WHEN I CHOOSE to. Can you imagine FORCING people to trust? HOW does that work in relationships? Ridiculous. Thanks for all you do!
@wlgoldsworthy7226 ай бұрын
Your pharmaceutical industry developed immunotherapy came with really bad side effects. I've been having DcT immunotherapy ' 'vaccines' or modulators as a more accurate description. There are no side effects. I was lucky to have Professor Dalgleish give me a second opinion when I was diagnosed with a rare, very aggressive cancer in January 2024. Unfortunately, the DcT immunology treatment is not authorised in the UK. I've had to raise funds and go abroad for treatment. My medical team in the NHS (UK) were not impressed to hear that I was having immunotherapy due to the side effects of 'standard' immunotherapy. Luckily, having seen the information on my DcT immunotherapy, they agree there are negligible side effects. Some now appear to think it's harmless, although not 'proven', but there is still a body of opinion that, at best, it won't harm me, at worst I'm being sold the modern equivalent of 'snake oil'. The reason is that standard chemotherapy, together with any targeted chemotherapy such as herceptin, "has been rigorously tested and has proven results. This DcT immunotherapy hasn't got those same level of results for your type of cancer." Well, of course it hasn't. Most trials are funded by pharmaceutical companies that will make millions from their trialled, new drugs. DcT immunotherapy modulator/ restorer is not approved in the UK for my cancer... luckily, I can access it in Germany. It's so sad. It's approved for final stage melanoma in the UK. You'll hear Professor Dalgleish say that he's been trying, without success, to get a DcT immunotherapy trial for pancreatic cancer approved in the UK. Unfortunately, viewers of Dr Campbell's channel are a minority. There is so much influence from pharmaceutical companies / cancer charities over training of oncologists, the information in media, information from WHO, and that given to our decision makers that Covid and cancer treatment is unlikely to change.

I graduated from nursing school in the 1970's and was instructed by a pediatrician with a great deal of practical knowledge such as sitting with a child inside a shower running hot water to steam up the space in order to improve their breathing if they were suffering an asthma attack, till the ambulance arrived, if that were necessary. He also spoke about immunity in one of his lectures and was endorsing the extended family get togethers in the summer when all the kids would be in the motel pool, because they would all exchange the "bugs" they brought with them from whatever part of the US they'd come from and readily spread these to one another, improving all their immunity. So "yes", more dirt, more often!
@LTPottenger6 ай бұрын
High fat low carb prevents getting asthma in the first place, which is a disease that starts in the gut. The many benefits of occasional extended fasting and lowering dietary carbs: Your body recycles up to 1/3 of all immune bodies in a 72h fast, rejuvenating your entire immune system. This helps with autoimmune disease, cancers and cytokine storm. Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion growths pathogens and plaques by macrophages and other immune cells. This will remove spikes quicker, whether natural or unnatural in origin! Clots and plaques are removed over time due to accelerated phagocytosis. Fasting reduces cortisol over time and improves your circadian rhythm. Fibrosis aka scarring is reversed over time, including in the heart, lungs and clots. When insulin is high, vit D stays locked in the blood cells but fasting quickly lowers it. Vitamin D plasma levels are increased as fasting improves metabolic health, and vitamin D in turn increases autophagy. Fasting restores NAD+ and increases nitric oxide release to open blood vessels. Reflexes and short term memory are increased. Fasts from 36-96 h increase metabolic rate due to norepinephrine release!. Blood sugar and insulin are lowered when fasting, reducing inflammation and allowing the immune bodies to move freely through the body. T cells and T reg cells are vital in fighting cancer, autoimmune disease and infections. With age, the thymus stops making as many of them but fasting releases stem cells, which then can become new T cells. It also releases growth hormone, which regenerates the thymus itself! Fasting increases anti-aging Yamanaka factors and increases average telomere length in stem cell pools. Fasting can help with MS, Depression, BPD, Autism and seizures. When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell required for viruses to replicate. The hunger hormone ghrelin also lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting. What breaks a fast? Anything with protein or carbohydrates in it will break a fast but most teas and herbs are OK. Supplements and meds often break ketosis directly or contain a filler that will. Many meds are dangerous to take while fasting. Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it when the fast is broken by increasing lutenizing hormone. Fasting also increases insulin sensitivity, which helps with muscle building. Lowering insulin via fasting virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body. Weight loss from daily caloric restriction has 1/4 to 1/3 of the weight lost as lean tissue while many studies show fat loss from 36 h fasts without losing any lean tissue! The obese will lose loose skin while fasting, but the frail will have increased growth hormone release, which helps to make more lean tissue and reduce frailness. Fasts of 36-96 will not affect short term female fertility or affect menstrual cycle. They also may increase long term fertility for some women. It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitochondrial DNA. Good mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism, fighting infection and cancer prevention! 24h of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half! This reduces leptin resistance, which impairs immune function. Over time fasting normalizes stomach acid levels and during the fast acid levels go down to allow for the healing of ulcers. Fasting reduces pain and anxiety by stimulating the endocannabinoid system, just like the effect of CBD oil Your brain prefers to burn ketones at a rate of around 2.5 to 1 when they are available in equal measure to glucose. Except for brief periods of very intense exercise, your body mainly burns fats in the form of free fatty acids. Fasting increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level. Fasting releases BDNF and NGF in the blood. This stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth, which can help a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers. When not in ketosis, the brain can only burn carbohydrate, which produces a great deal of damaging ROS the brain has to deal with. Fasting stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells, destroying them. Senescent cells are responsible for many of the effects of aging and are a root cause of the development of cancer. A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and extremely low carbs. Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia. They also help with dementia and many other issues even if you take them while not fasting! Glycine and trimethylglycine can also be useful supplements while fasting that won't break ketosis and have many benefits. Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors that excrete insulin or certain rare forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all or only with doctor supervision. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis and done under doctor supervision. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness or tremors, then simply break the fast with a low carb meal. The best part of being a "conspiracy theorist" is not suddenly developing myocaditis, T-cell exhaustion, turbo cancer, Bell's palsy, lupis, POTS, autoimmune conditions, transverse myelitis, amyloidosis, chronic vertigo, Guillain-Barré syndrome, tinnitus, paralysis, sharp decrease in platelet levels, increased risk of mental disorders, thrombosis from strange long blood clots that look like white vien worms, vien spiders or grape jelly. On top of that contracting covid repeatedly with every single symptom increased. Even chain smoking, binge drinking and heavy drug addiction combined would take much longer to do much less damage to a healthy human body. The year elementary school children needed a pediatrician as well as a cardiologist and healthy athletes started collapsing on the field was the year the media should have been asking question. I was called an antivaxxer because I wondered what shortcuts ha to be taken in a process that takes 10 years that was cut down to 8 months while using a new experimental technology. I didn't like that the definition of vaccine had to be changed. I didn't that we were told it would take 75 years to see data that was approved in months and now that data is no where to be found. Where is the data on transmission? No where a Pfizer exec admitted it was never done. I have no regreats not getting anyshots and remember those who said I deserve not to get a hospital bed if I got hurt because I would not subject myself or 10 year old daughter to unknown risk. No politican care more about my daughters health than I do.

I read John Barry’s book on the 1918 flu several years ago. The main thesis of the book was that it was the overly aggressive immune response that killed people and that that’s why the deaths hit young and healthy people. At the beginning of this pandemic I was flabbergasted that anyone would question trying steroids on extreme patients. It was very bizarre, to the say the least. Demonic might be the better word.

Meanwhile it seems that increasing your Vitamin D substantially may assist, also I use Curcumin as an inti inflammatory ( its the active ingredient of Turmeric). In Australia many years ago University of N.S.W. ( New South Wales, in Australia) I seem to remember lab. tested Blueberries as a anti Prostate cancer method with some success, it certainly lowered the P.S.A. readings. May be worth checking out as both Curcumin and Blueberries are both ":natural". I started the Curcumin as an alternative treatment for Ulcerative Colitis and found it also substantially reduced my Fibromyalgia. Nothing my Doctor gave me had done anything, but the reduction in inflammation in my body worked wonders. Good luck.

Hey, thanks for the suggestions. I had already upped my Vit D based on Dr. Campbell's covid and cancer vids. I've been taking 6000 iu daily, and my first Vit D blood level came out as 94 ng/vol unit as of last month. I also use tumeric powder in most of my cooking, and drink tumeric herb teas most days. I've also kicked in taking extra zinc, multivitamins, and Mg three times a week. My doctor has me on active surveillance, so no immediate worries. But if there was a simple and safe immune boost to counteract the age-dependent decline, that would be a no brainer IMHO. God bless.

Fasting and a lower carb diet are the best thing you can do with your issue. Fasting 72-96h will release stem cells to create new t cells and increase the immune system activity that fights cancer. Clotting and fibrin are inhibited, stopping any 'unusual' clots. Fasting quickly lowers blood pressure levels. Clots and plaques are removed over time due to accelerated phagocytosis. Fasting reduces cortisol over time and improves your circadian rhythm. Fasting activates autophagy (literally self eating) Weight loss from daily caloric restriction has 1/4 to 1/3 of the weight lost as lean tissue while many studies show fat loss from 36 h fasts without losing any lean tissue! Not only do we need to know WHY it is important to encourage T-cell activity, but what also need to know is HOW? One way to do so is to optimize our SLEEP habits. The normal CD4 (4:58) count range is between 500 and 1400 cells/microliters. According to research, conducted 2022, lack of sleep can lead to over 15% reduction in the count. In other words, if we lack sleep - our immune system lacks helper T-cells.

So much knowledge and wisdom here. Why oh why will our politicians not listen to these experts? Rhetorical question - there's no money in this!

As per a previous quote….. you are the sanity and truth in a very dark world. You are brave brilliant people…. A joy to hear this talk. Thank you as always John for bringing them to our attention.
