Losing Deebo is going to be a rude awakening if that happens. He’s more than a WR, he’s a weapon that can take it to the house every time the ball is in his hands. The defense has to game plan for him specifically. No one in the NFL plays like Deebo💯

My only concern with Deebo, he doesn’t make “business decisions”. He was hurt in the SB around the same time Kittle was having health issues. He was also hurt during a couple of the losses, so as much as he is a weapon in multiple areas, he needs to be available at the most crucial of moments.

The Niners probably got burned in the Bosa negotiations by saying publicly they weren’t trading him. It’s always better to leave your options open publicly even if you’re not likely to go down a certain route, because you never know when an NFL GM is going to have an aneurysm and offer you something that is way too good to pass up.

Maybe you need to look at the numbers. Deebo had seven receiving touchdowns which is the most he's ever had and it was tied for the most on the 49ers with Ayiuk and McCaffrey. He had 12 overall touchdowns which was second most on the team. He was just short of a thousand yards receiving. He had just under 1,300 totally yards. And he was a n enormous leader to the team.

People get so reactionary on these trade rumors. There is exactly 1 player in the league that no team wouldn’t even pick up the phone about…Mahomes. Everyone else has a price. I love Purdy, Bosa, Deebo, Kittle, and Warner. But for the right package, all of them are tradable. The quest for 6 only has 2 more strong years before retirements, salary cap decisions, and just the need to move on will put this team in rebuild mode.

This year, definitely, especially if an extension restructure on Aiyuk actually lowers the cap hit this year, and you can carry your salary cap into next year in anticipation of Purdy’s contract. After this year, Deebo has been paid all his guaranteed money so you can either release him next year or trade him pretty much for free if Pearsall works out, but you can also use signing bonuses and creative contract structuring and restructuring to try to keep everyone, though that will be a bigger challenge.

I mean like him or not but the fact that he's a lawyer is a feather in his cap as far as being a football analysis. That's one of the reasons I enjoy his show so much is that he tackles the NFL and its narratives from that perspective. The NFL has a constant stream of legal issues year in and year out that he is perfectly Suited to analyze and report on. Not to mention contract negotiations and the like.

The system is what made these guys super stars. They wasn’t super stars coming out of college or else they would went top 15 in the first round. The affect Kyle has can’t be overlooked here. Even Kittle a former 5th round pick is an all pro in this system.. Not taking away any talent from these guys but Kyle deserves more credit than he receives. Dont believe me just look at the coaches from his coaching tree that get more accolades than Kyle himself. Like DeMeco and Mike McDaniels 💯

These two killed me. The knew so much. Told us 49ers were going to trade BA or Deebo. Now that they are wrong, they are covering themselves like all these experts do. They say the 49ers wanted to but blah blah blah. They do not watch the 49er games. They get their information second hand. The 49ers got Pearsall in case BA holds out, And in case this is BA's last year with the team. Common sense. These two told me that Deebo was getting traded a couple years ago, He wasn't. They told me BA was getting traded a couple weeks ago. He wasn't. Now they refuse to admit they were wrong. The truth is they do not have a clue. I just wish they could be honest
