It would be really nice if Lyndall support was as outstanding as Lyndall products. I need to upgrade my rear rotor and pads on my 2010 FXSTC and after a LOT of research it looked like Lyndall was the best quality stuff out there. However, getting support to answer questions clearly or even at all was like pulling teeth. Mostly I got vague responses or I had to send several e-mails because support only wants to answer one question at a time. So after a LOT of pain I was all set to pull the trigger on my order and Lyndall dropped yet another surprise on me! I ordered a set of pads to use with my stock rotor to see what sort of improvement I got. But while the pads were still in transit I was told that the pads I ordered will grind the Lyndall rotor so I need to buy profile pads! WTH?!?!? Same part and fitment... will work with stock rotor but not a Lyndall rotor?!?!? Who at Lyndall thought this was a good idea? And I asked the profile pads questing several times over preceding weeks and Lyndall support ignored my question! So.... buyer beware. You guys may have amazing products but I guess I will never know because your support really sux! So I'm off to see what Galfer can do for me. Get your act together guys! I want to be buying USA not something made in Spain.
