Lyndon's Crocodile Diaries: Big Sunday at Cahill's Crossing

Big Sunday in September at Cahill's Crossing was epic, with the best crocodile show in the last 5 years. Beefy, the dominant crocodile on the downstream side of Cahill's Crossing sat on the road, with three other crocs, and put on a show. Around 30-40 crocs were seen hunting on the upstream side of the crossing, making for some of the best crocodile viewing on the planet. Enjoy the video.

Hi Anzaeria, thanks for the comment, I've only just seen it due to filtering. This could have been one of the best days filming of all time at this location, so thank-you for noting the epic scene. Living dinosaurs out of the water feeding, wow. We were then able to see their true size. I'll never forget this day. I've learned so much from the animals and people in this area.

Thank-you, this was a rare day, once in a decade or more for me to see. it shows the true size of the crocodiles, especially at the end of the season where the fresh water struggles to make it over the crossing, when at low tide.
